Throughout his career, Mr. Parmar has led the successful execution of numerous large-scale, cross-country pipeline projects, demonstrating exceptional expertise in project management, operations & maintenance, corrosion monitoring, and integrity management of both onshore and offshore pipeline assets. His in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on leadership style have enabled him to build high-performing teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on safety, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

Shri Pankaj Kr. Singh is the Chief Financial Officer at Terra Clean Limited, bringing with him nearly two decades of extensive experience in finance, strategy, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Terra Clean, he has served at Indian Oil Corporation Limited for almost 19 years, where he held key roles across Finance & Controls in various business divisions.
He began his career in 2006 in IndianOil’s Corporate Treasury, managing the company’s foreign exchange requirements and fund operations. Over the years, he played a significant role in the implementation of major organizational initiatives, including the rollout of GST at the state level within the Marketing Division. He also provided financial oversight for several high-value infrastructure projects at the Paradip Refinery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Mr. Singh is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Patna University and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi.
In his current role, Mr. Singh leads Terra Clean’s financial strategy, risk management, and commercial operations, contributing to the company’s long-term growth and financial sustainability.
Shri Samrat Sethia is the Company Secretary of Terra Clean Limited. He has done his graduation in Commerce (B.Com Hons.) from the prestigious St. Xaviers College of Calcutta. He is a qualified Company Secretary (from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and a Chartered Accountant (from the Institute of Charteted Accountants of India) with all India ranking. He has more than 2 decades of experience of working in Finance Department & Secretarial Department of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the leading Oil & Gas PSU of India and the holding company of Terra Clean Ltd. This includes his experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial affairs, wherre he played a key role in ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.He is responsible for coordinating Board and Committee meetings, maintaining corporate records, ensuring timely disclosures to stakeholders, and supporting the Board in discharging its fiduciary responsibilities and ensuring Corporate Governance in letter & spirit.
